imID is looking for a mid-to-senior Product Owner to join our growing team. This role focuses on B2B products and integrations, serving banks, telecoms, government agencies, and enterprise clients. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, translating client needs and market opportunities into product roadmaps and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the B2B product roadmap from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with imID’s strategic objectives.

• Gather, define, and prioritize product requirements based on stakeholder input, market research, and regulatory needs.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solutions.

• Act as the voice of the customer for enterprise clients — understanding their needs and turning them into actionable backlog items.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and timely delivery.

• Lead discovery and validation for new features, including user testing, data analysis, and pilot programs.

• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across product adoption, reliability, and usability.

• Support the sales and partner teams with product insights, demos, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or digital services.

• Strong understanding of B2B product lifecycles, integrations (APIs, SDKs), and enterprise workflows.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Familiarity with digital identity, authentication, or e-signature solutions is a strong plus.

• Fluent in English; Armenian is a must.
